But Tamil cinema still retains the title from the K of Kodambakkam: Kollywood. Many Tamil film directers, actors, Editor, Lightman, Cameraman, Art Director and many are emerged from Kodabakkam.

But now Digital platforms are emerged, so they area like kodabakkam are not effective like before. Digital platforms like tik tok, musically etc. Many actors have evolved in this platfroms. people have moving towards easy way of life to live.

Still people are the working in kodambakkam, there are still following traditional cinema. people who cinema still there are hope in kodabakkam. people in kodabakkam says that kodabakkam will come back as kingdom of tamil cinema.
