Even blind people are cheated by politician

“when we (Blind seller) sell eatables in Railway station, people just think that we are selling eatables only for us, but the truth is we’re just force by politician to sell things to people”says Saraswati (Blind seller in Chennai railway station).

I just saw a blind women in Railway station selling eatables(snacks)to the people in the railway station. Her name was Sarawati, she came to Chennai in 2016 from Madurai. she got married at Church in Chennai, it was a love marriage. she loved Mani, he also an blind who sells snacks in railway station they both loved for 1 year. Recently she lost is husband by accident, but she have doubt in his husband accident.

Blind sellers in railway station are only workers they have head who is a politician runs these business. Every one year the tender will be conducted by politician and policeman. she says that his husband raise the voice against the head, when he asks for salary. so she have doubt on his husband death.Everyone has a target to sell the snacks for Rs.500 everyday, if they didn’t complete their target they will treat badly by the heads and they will not provide food for them for a whole day. “we’re just working for your daily meals”.

This was the worst thing i ever eared by the blind people, i have thought that they are selling snacks for them and they get profit in it. I will buy this snacks only for them not for me. This have to be stopped and they have to live a peaceful life.
